SnapTheSlop is a civic engagement and issue-reporting platform designed to bridge the gap between citizens and local government authorities. It allows people to proactively report local infrastructure or maintenance issues (such as potholes, waste management, broken streetlights, etc.) by uploading details and images. The application features a comprehensive role-based system separating Citizens, Municipalities, and Admins. Citizens can track, comment, and upvote issues to raise their priority, while Municipalities and Admins have tailored dashboards to efficiently monitor, manage, and resolve these community reports on a ward-by-ward basis.
